Cancellation Period

Please tell us immediately if your policy does not meet your requirements. If you wish to cancel within 14 days of the policy start date or the receipt of the policy documents whichever is the later and you have not made a trip or a claim we will give you a full refund. Following this 14-day period, you continue to have the right to cancel your policy at any time.

If the notice of cancellation is received outside the 14-day cooling-off period, the following premium refunds will be made:

  • Single Trip policies: 65% refund if cancelled before your trip starts
  • Annual Multi-trip policies: 6% refund per full month remaining

Please note once your policy has been cancelled your cover will end and you will not be able to make a claim.
